Kedia Elite Builders Pvt. Ltd. (“we”, “us”) runs this website for one project, Kedia’s Tulsi at D-99, Tulsi Marg, Bani Park, Jaipur. This page explains what we collect when you use the site, why, and what you can do about it.
What we collect, and why
When you book a visit, we ask for your name, your phone number and when suits you. We use these to call or message you about visiting Kedia’s Tulsi, and for nothing else. Submitting the form is your consent to that.
When you tap a WhatsApp or call button, the conversation happens on WhatsApp or on the phone, under those services’ own terms. We record that a button was tapped; we do not see the conversation.
The site uses Google Analytics, Google Ads measurement and the Meta Pixel to understand how people find and use it — which pages are read, which buttons are tapped, and whether a visit came from an advertisement on Google, Instagram or Facebook. These use cookies and similar identifiers. They do not tell us who you are unless you fill in the form.
Who sees it
Your form details go to Kedia Elite Builders’ sales team and to Scribble Solutions, the agency that runs this website and its advertising on our behalf. The website is hosted on Framer; form submissions are stored in a Google Sheet that only those two teams can open; measurement is provided by Google and Meta. We do not sell your details, and we do not share them with brokers or other developers.
How long we keep it
Form details are kept while the project is being sold and for up to one year after you last hear from us, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Analytics data is kept for 14 months.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the details you gave us, or to stop contacting you. Write to the address below and we will act within 30 days. You can block cookies in your browser; the site will still work.
Children
This site is for adults considering a home purchase. We do not knowingly collect details from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy we will change the date below. Material changes will be noted on this page.
